James Grant Group acquires 10 Management
James Grant Group (JGG) has acquired London-based 10 Management.

10 Management is Take That’s long-term management company, and is led by founder Jonathan Wild.

The firm has represented Take That since the record-breaking British group reformed in 2006.

MBW is told that JGG will now represent both Take That as a band and the solo careers of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald.

The move is James Grant Group’s first major acquisition since it merged with LA-based Deckstar in a deal worth more than $20m back in March.

Deckstar, which looks after acts such as Blink 182 and Steve Aoki, continues to be run by company founders Lawrence Vavra and Matt Colon under the JGG umbrella.

In addition to Deckstar, JGG operates two other distinct music management divisions: Hall or Nothing (Manic Street Preachers, The Script) and the central James Grant Music operation (Louis Tomlinson, James Arthur).

In addition to music, James Grant Group represents talent in the world of sport and entertainment.

The company has around 250 employees across the UK and US and over 1,000 clients.

James Grant Group is jointly owned by its employees, senior management and Metric Capital.
