The audience at Nordals Music Festival is characterised by being whole families. The festival is visited by childres and adults, young and old.
Children under the age of 12 have free admission.

Another characteristic of the audience is that they are mostly local or have some affiliation with Nordborg. In fact, we like to claim that we know personally who all our tickets are sold to!

If we count everything in, we have 4 stages at Nordals Music Festival.
The Park Stage is for the biggest bands and can hold all of the festival audience.
The Yard Stage has a more intimate atmosphere. There are tables and chairs for most of the audience and here the stage is set for cosiness on a big scale.
The Circus Stage offers live music and circus for the children.
The Fourth Stage offers a free experience of the festival atmosphere.

In our outside-area situated by the entrance, we have a stage where amateur musicians play througtout the whole festival. Here the local music school students get a change to perform for the first time on a stage with a professional sound and large audience. Just opposite the aera is our market-place, adding to the lively good time feeling.

The festival is organised by The Nordals Music Festival Association, whose objective is to support and develop the local music scene. One way of achieving this is by supporting a music workshop where amateur bands can practise and record music. The 30-35 active members who work before, during and after the festival do so voluntarily and unpaid.
This also go for the seven people who manage the day-to-day running og the association. During the festival we get additional help from a large group og volunteers as well as various local organisations.
