Barrington DeVaughn "Peggy" Hendricks (born October 22, 1989 in Flatbush, New York), better known by his pseudonym JPEGMAFIA is an American rapper and producer strongly influenced by the music scene in Baltimore, Maryland, having been based there for a number of years. He is currently based in Los Angeles, California.

Since 2009, Peggy has released several projects under the name DeVon Hendryx which have stayed underground for the most part. In April 2015, Peggy changed his name to JPEGMAFIA and released his mixtape "Communist Slow Jams" which received underground acclaim. After a couple more releases, his 2018 album Veteran, released through Deathbomb Arc, received praise from Pitchfork, Stereogum and The Fader, among others. His 3rd studio album, All My Heroes Are Cornballs was released on September 13th, 2019 to critical acclaim.
