Q-dance buys 50% of Art of Dance
Dutch promoter Q-dance is a step closer to hardstyle domination after having acquired 50% of the shares of Art of Dance and Most Wanted DJ Agency, both Dutch companies.

Q-dance and Art of Dance have been organizing Dominator together for years, but this collaboration will only get stronger in the future.

The Art of Dance portfolio includes parties such as Master of Hardcore, Dominator, Supremacy, Syndicate and Free Festival.
The shows attracts more than 200,000 visitors annually.

Most Wanted DJ Agency is also one of the largest agencies in the scene. As part of the ID&T group, to which Q-dance belongs, a lot of new doors are opened for Art of Dance as well.

Wouter Tavecchio, CEO of ID&T and founder of Q-dance says: "This is a very important step for Q-dance, which will enable us to fulfil our ambition to strengthen and expand our market position in the Netherlands. Just like Q-dance, Art of Dance is an organisation that stood at the cradle of this industry and over the years has developed into a professional and highly successful party. They are on the same level as Q-dance and we can strengthen each other in many areas."

Matthijs Hazeleger, CEO of Art of Dance: "We look forward to working with Q-dance to build on the good cooperation that has already developed around Dominator. Of course we will use the international network of Q-dance and ID&T to benefit our events, affiliated artists and of course the experience of our visitors. As part of a larger group, we are strengthening our position in this highly competitive market."

Art of Dance and Most Wanted DJ remain independent companies within the ID&T group.
