Propose nominees for the International Music Journalism Award
The environment in which excellent, original journalism can be produced is becoming ever more challenging and, particularly for young journalists, a lot less attractive.

The IMJA recognizes those who regardless dedicate their work to high-quality journalism.

The 5th edition will be held at Reeperbahn Festival 2021.

A statement from the organisers reads:

Dear music industry colleagues,

In 2021 the Year’s Best Works of Music Journalism and Best Music Journalists will again be honoured. Who has earned the award in the category "Best Music Journalist of the Year"? Which article impressed you most? Which format has been most exciting in the last year?

Submit your proposal(s) by 18 June 2021 (French proposals: 2 July). The proposal has to have been published between 1 June 2020 and 15 June 2021.

Categories include English, Danish, German, French and International. Everything from radio, podcast, multimedia to print and web text will be covered. Your locational and field knowledge is valuable, make sure your scene is well represented by submitting proposals below!
