Cawthorne, who previously held the role of Executive Director at MB Artists, brings a wealth of experience to his new position.
He stated on his social media profiles: I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Music Agent at Wasserman! A company that boasts some of the very best staff and talent in music, sport, and entertainment worldwide.
It goes without saying, I wouldn’t be where I am today without MB Artists and the family I’ve made there. The love, guidance and support that I have been shown since the age of seventeen has been overwhelming. I truly went from boy to man at the agency and developed not only professionally, but personally too. I owe an enormous amount to Paul Sandilands who was one of the very first people to believe in me, and up until the moment I write this caption has been my biggest mentor, support and confidant. Special thanks also goes to; Amy, Declan, Thobs, Seth, Tim, Alex, and everyone from the management and label.
Whether this comes with sadness or not, I am immensely proud of the part I played in developing the company. I know I poured my all into the teams and staff I was lucky enough to represent, they will always be a massive part of my life and career. Irrespective of my departure, MBA will continue to thrive, grow and be a competitive force for years to come.
I am privileged to be bringing across some of my existing clients, and I’m thrilled to be starting a new career at one of the biggest and best talent agencies in the world.
