Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS), the premier exchange for emerging European music, has unveiled its first round of keynote and featured speakers for the 2025 edition of its annual music conference.

ESNS25 will focus on a wide array of pressing issues facing the music industry, with a commitment to promoting sustainability, diversity, and inclusivity.

Among the featured speakers are Victoria Oakley (IFPI), Katie Melua (artist), Sumit Bothra (SB3 Artist Management), Seth Dodson (Pitchfork), and Jess Iszatt (BBC).

Oakley, recently appointed CEO of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), will deliver a keynote addressing the challenges the global recording industry faces.
