Claudia Daufenbach has taken on the role of General Manager at the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany.
She will oversee operations of the 15,000-seat venue that is operated by organiser D.Live.
Daufenbach brings extensive experience in event management, having previously served as the head of event management at Kölner Sportstätten GmbH for eight years.
According to a statement from D.Live, her expertise and industry connections make her an excellent fit for her new role. Michael Brill, CEO of D.Live, expressed excitement about her appointment, highlighting her potential to elevate the venue: “With Claudia’s expertise, we will take the PSD Bank Dome to the next level.”
Daufenbach herself expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity, calling it "an honor" and emphasizing the potential for further developing the venue and its associated projects. She looks forward to working with her team to implement innovative ideas and host exciting events.
Recent upgrades to the PSD Bank Dome, including the expansion of its indoor capacity to 6,666 people and extensive modernization efforts, have enhanced the venue’s appeal for both organizers and visitors.
The venue will continue to host a range of major events, with upcoming performances from Bryan Adams, Diljit Dosanjh, and the Red Bull Sound Clash 2024, among others.
