George Leitner, founder and CEO of the Austrian artist agency, tour promoter, and management company GLP, will step down from his executive role by the end of 2024.
Leitner, who has guided the company’s growth for over 40 years, will remain a shareholder and chairman of the board.
Harald Buechel will assume the CEO position on January 1, 2025.

With Lina Kotzian from Titan Management, GLP has gained an experienced agent in the EDM field. Lina will expand the DJ/EDM roster and integrate her network into the GLP ecosystem, creating cross-industry opportunities.
Eva Lex-Huszar, a long-time VIP expert and personal assistant to celebrities, has spearheaded the creation of GLP Exclusive, which delivers turn-key artist solutions for event organizers, wedding planners, corporate marketers, and more as a dedicated one-stop shop.
GLP’s youngest agent, Lenny Mayer-Mallenau, is focusing on K-POP, preparing *“K-POP & BEYOND,”* the ultimate K-Pop Experience European tour, set to launch in November 2025!
Leitner concluded by expressing confidence in GLP’s leadership team, including authorized officer Anna Kallina and incoming CEO Harald Buechel, to drive the company’s continued growth.
