Sheffield`s Utilita Arena and City Hall are now under the management of global venue giant ASM Global.
In collaboration with Sheffield City Council, ASM Global will spearhead major upgrades across both venues. The Utilita Arena will be transformed into a world-class touring destination, while Sheffield City Hall will see enhancements aligned with its historic charm.
The upgrades include expanding the Utilita Arena`s capacity and enhancing the overall guest experience. "Our ambition is to reimagine these venues and deliver world-class entertainment in Sheffield," said Chris Bray, ASM Global Europe’s president.
Dom Stokes, general manager of both venues, called the partnership "an exciting new chapter," promising innovative experiences while staying rooted in the local community.
Renovations at the Utilita Arena begin this month and will continue throughout the year, with both venues remaining operational during the works.
