Connecting the live music industry
UK based ATC Group has acquired a majority stake in Easy Life Entertainment, expanding its presence
UK based ATC Group has acquired a majority stake in Easy Life Entertainment, expanding its presence in artist management, recorded music, and publicity services.
Established in 2014 by Jamie Osman, Easy Life Entertainment operates across three key areas: artist management (Real Life Management), a record label (Easy Life Records), and a publicity division (Turn The Page).
The company’s management roster includes acts such as Bury Tomorrow, SOTA, Bears in Trees, and Anaïs. Easy Life Records has previously released Top 40 albums from Lower Than Atlantis and Tonight Alive, along with music from artists like Softcult, Normandie, and Lonely The Brave.
Turn The Page, founded in 2019 and led by Mark James, has supported publicity campaigns for several notable rock and metal artists including All Time Low, Neck Deep, Tool, and Simple Plan.
Adam Driscoll, CEO, ATC Group:
"We are excited to welcome Easy Life Entertainment to the Group. Jamie`s entrepreneurialism is hugely respected within the industry, and today`s acquisition perfectly complements what we are building at ATC and our ability to serve and support artists at every stage of their careers."
Jamie Osman, Founder, Easy Life Entertainment:
"I`ve been an avid admirer of Adam and the team`s desire to offer a truly multi-faceted approach to the modern music industry, something we have been slowly building within our group of companies. This partnership will allow us to offer stronger services to our management clients, be more ambitious in our masters and label acquisition and grow our press services on a global scale. My mantra has always been, "only work with good people", that feels very true of this new venture. We look forward to growing Easy Life Entertainment over the coming years alongside the team at ATC."
The acquisition is part of ATC Group’s broader strategy to grow its service offerings following its Initial Public Offering in December 2021.
The company now serves over 860 clients across its Representation, Services, and Events & Experiences divisions, offering artist management, touring, merchandising, e-commerce, livestreaming, and event promotion.
