Universal Music Group’s Global Talent Services (GTS) has acquired Rosa Lagarrigue Management (RLM), a long-established Latin artist management agency.
The deal, officially announced today, comes over seven months after GTS was spun off as a standalone company under the leadership of Narcís Rebollo, former Universal Music Spain executive.
Founded by industry veteran Rosa Lagarrigue, RLM manages a roster of artists including Miguel Bosé and Mia Lardner, and operates in both Spain and Colombia. The agency will now be integrated into GTS, though specific changes to its internal structure remain unclear. RLM’s label, Sin Anestesia, is also part of the acquisition.
Lagarrigue will join GTS as Executive Vice President, emphasizing her continued commitment to artist-focused representation. “What we started at RLM not only continues, but is amplified and strengthened alongside \[GTS],” she said in a statement.
Rebollo described the acquisition as part of GTS’s broader strategy to provide artists with global support amid continued growth in Latin music markets. According to the RIAA, Latin music revenue in the U.S. reached a record \$1.4 billion in 2024, driven largely by streaming, with markets like Brazil and Mexico also seeing double-digit growth.
