Designed as a purpose-built, 3,000-capacity venue, the development aims to bolster Western Australia`s live music and performing arts scene.

Located at 77 Francis Street in Northbridge, the venue will feature two performance spaces—a main room and a smaller club room—both equipped with modern staging and production facilities. The building’s architectural design, including a prominent façade and elevated streetscape, is intended to serve as a visual landmark in the area.

According to Live Nation, the Northbridge Music Hall is expected to host around 120 events in its first year, spanning music, comedy, and theatre performances by both local and international artists. The venue is intended to address a gap in the market for mid-sized performance spaces and is positioned as a potential addition to national and international tour circuits.

The project is forecast to create at least 70 direct jobs and provide opportunities for professionals across the live entertainment and hospitality industries. Local economic benefits are also anticipated through increased foot traffic and spending in nearby businesses.

In a statement, Live Nation Australasia executives Alex Klos and Paul Piticco described the venue as "an investment in the city’s creative future," adding that it will be a space for both emerging and established performers.

Northbridge Music Hall will become part of Live Nation’s growing venue network across the region, which includes Festival Hall in Melbourne, Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane, and Spark Arena in Auckland.
