The International Festival Forum (IFF) has announced further details for its 11th edition, set to take place in London from 9–11 September 2025.
The invitation-only event will gather approximately 1,000 leading booking agents and festival executives.
For 2025, IFF is shifting to early September and revamping its central London campus to better accommodate attendees. The event will feature agency pop-up offices, speed meetings, genre-specific mixers, artist showcases, and an expanded conference programme addressing key industry issues.
The keynote interview will feature Jim King, CEO of AEG’s European Festivals Division, discussing his career in the live music sector. Another headline session, led by CAA’s Maria May, will spotlight the 25-year journey of Serbia’s EXIT Festival, featuring insights from co-founders Dušan Kovačević and Ivan Milivojev, and senior talent booker Jennifer Cochrane.
On the evening of 10 September, the International Showcase will highlight emerging talent from Ireland and Spain, with support from Music From Ireland and The Spanish Wave.
IFF is organised by the International Live Music Conference (ILMC) and has been a central meeting point for global festival professionals since its launch in 2015. This year, the event will expand its physical footprint while maintaining attendance limits to support networking and deal-making.
“As IFF enters its second decade, we’re thrilled that it has established itself as the principal place where the world’s top agents and festivals meet to do business. This year we will be expanding the campus’ footprint, while keeping the same cap on attendee numbers, ensuring that people have more dedicated space to network and ink deals for 2026 festival lineups." says ILMC/IFF head Greg Parmley.
Agency partners include ATC Live, CAA, ITB, Motion Agency, Primary Talent, Pure, UTA, Wasserman, and WME. Key event partners include CTS Eventim, See Tickets, Tysers Live, iTicket Global, Lowline Entertainment Group, and LMP Group.
