AEG Presents has acquired Gary Musick Productions, a Nashville-based special events production company, along with its affiliated destination management firm, Destination Musick City.
The acquisition brings together extensive experience in corporate event production, scenic fabrication, and destination services.
Following the acquisition, Gary Musick Productions will continue operating under its existing name, offering services such as audiovisual production, custom set design, scenic fabrication, live streaming, and branding integration for corporate and social events. Destination Musick City will also maintain its current operations, focusing on immersive group experiences and full-service meeting execution for visitors to Nashville. It remains part of a global network of destination management companies.
Gary Musick, founder and president of the company, stated that the team’s mission remains unchanged and that the new partnership provides access to additional resources and creative opportunities. The company has produced over 10,000 events, concerts, and corporate meetings during its 45-year history.
AEG Presents said the acquisition supports its broader goals in the live events space by expanding Gary Musick Productions’ capacity in scenic design for music festivals and touring events, while also introducing clients to AEG’s global venue and entertainment network.
Gary Musick Productions` client base includes Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, associations, cruise lines, and nonprofit organizations. The company will continue to be based in Nashville, with Musick remaining in his leadership role.
