MassConcerts expands Talent Buying Team

U.S. concert promoter MassConcerts has announced the hiring of Vickie Gordon, who joins the company’s talent buying team with a focus on the Southeast and Midwest markets.
Gordon, who will be based in Nashville, will oversee bookings for a mix of non-exclusive venues as well as MassConcerts-owned rooms in New England and Upstate New York.
Her career includes roles at Romeo Entertainment Group, where she managed bookings for fairs and large venues, and most recently as Senior Talent Buyer for Clubs at Big Spring Entertainment, where she concentrated on the Southeast region. Gordon began her music industry journey in the mailroom at APA in Los Angeles and became an agent in 2019, contributing to the agency’s fair and festival division.
“Vickie is a well-informed and persistent talent buyer, and a great addition to our team, especially as we expand our venue portfolio,” said MassConcerts’ James Peters.
Commenting on the move, Gordon said: “I’m very excited to join the MassConcerts team and look forward to creating unique experiences for both fans and artists across our venues.”
