Connecting the live music industry
Swedish music investment firm Pophouse Entertainment has named Jessica Koravos as its next Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2026.
The appointment marks a new phase in the company`s global growth strategy and ambitions to become a leading player in music IP investment and development.
Koravos joins from her current role as President of Oak View Group (OVG) International, where she led major projects including the development of Manchester’s Co-op Live arena, which is set to host the BRIT Awards from 2026. She will remain at OVG full-time through the end of the year, before returning to a non-executive chair role she previously held from 2018 to 2023.
At Pophouse, she will be tasked with expanding the firm’s portfolio of music IP and productions worldwide. The company has already partnered with artists such as Kiss, Cyndi Lauper, Avicii, and Swedish House Mafia, and is currently developing several new projects, including a Kiss avatar show.
Koravos said she was “delighted to be joining Pophouse at this exciting time,” citing the company’s recent growth, global artist collaborations, and long-term strategy.
Per Sundin, who has served as CEO since Pophouse’s founding, will remain in the role until Koravos joins and will then transition to a new position within the company. “Per has played a crucial role in building a strong foundation for Pophouse’s future,” the company said in a statement.
Lennart Blecher, Chair of Pophouse, described the leadership change as a “pivotal moment” for the firm. “Jessica brings a proven track record of growth across entertainment and live production globally,” he said, adding that her experience aligns with the company’s international expansion plans, including projects like Mamma Mia! The Party.
In March 2025, Pophouse closed its debut investment vehicle, Pophouse Fund I, with more than €1 billion raised. An additional €200 million was secured through co-investment vehicles, bringing total fundraising to over €1.2 billion.
