Wasserman Music has strengthened its Artist Services division with the addition of three senior executives aimed at supporting artists beyond touring.
The company announced the appointments of Emily Kennedy as Vice President, Business Development, Pop; Michael Delle Donne as Vice President, Digital Partnerships; and Lydia Barry as Vice President, Marketing & Communications. All three are based in Wasserman’s New York office.
In her new role, Kennedy will lead growth initiatives for the Pop roster across areas including film and television, digital media, gaming, literary projects, branding, sponsorship, and international markets. She will also collaborate with Wasserman’s broader global network, spanning sports, talent, creators, and brand partnerships. Kennedy was previously a co-founder of LoyalT Management, where she helped guide the careers of artists such as AURORA, Stephen Sanchez, and Sigrid. She has also held roles at Mick Management and C3 Presents.
Delle Donne joins from Warner Music Group, where he worked on business development and artist services. At Wasserman, he will focus on digital strategy, partnerships, gaming, and rights management. His past work includes digital activations for artists like Charli XCX, Coldplay, and Fred again.. across platforms such as Roblox, Fortnite, and Meta Horizon. He has also held positions at Superfly and Resident Advisor, bringing a background in both creative strategy and artist management.
Barry, who will lead strategic communications across Wasserman’s music division, previously served in a senior communications role at WME. Her background includes work at public relations firms Sunshine Sachs and BerlinRosen.
Kennedy and Delle Donne will join Wasserman’s Artist Services team, which focuses on developing cross-disciplinary business opportunities for artists.
The team is led by Senior Vice President Vince Amoroso and includes executives specializing in country, Americana, electronic, and rock music.
“As the industry evolves, our artists remain our top priority,” said Amoroso. “This year, we’ve made significant investments in our Artist Services team to expand the opportunity center for our roster globally.”
