U.S.-based talent agency The Neal Agency (TNA) has announced a series of internal promotions, including the appointment of Kelly Littlefield as President of Operations for both TNA and its affiliated company, Sticks Management.
Littlefield joined TNA in 2022 and most recently served as Director of Human Resources and Operations.
Her previous experience includes roles at WME and ONErpm, and she holds a degree in Business and Arts Management from the College of Charleston, along with an MBA in Music Business from Belmont University. In 2024, she was also part of the Country Music Association’s Women’s Leadership Academy.
Alongside Littlefield’s promotion, TNA has announced the elevation of three new agents. Clark Wilson moves from Agent Assistant to Agent, Fairs & Festivals; Simone Chretien has been promoted from Booking Coordinator to Agent for the Southeastern U.S.; and Juliette Edwards advances to Agent for the West Coast Territory.
“From the start, one of my top goals in building The Neal Agency was to create a culture where we could grow and promote talent from within,” Austin Neal, co-head and founder of TNA, says in the announcement. “I’m incredibly proud to see that vision come to life with the promotions of Juliette, Simone, and Clark to agents.”
