LaValley brings over 15 years of booking experience at independent venues across the U.S. Most recently, she programmed Chicago’s Ramova Theatre and previously worked with Sleeping Village in Chicago, Madison’s Majestic Live, Nashville’s Mercy Lounge, and the Windish Talent Agency.

The Troubadour, which opened in 1957, is one of Los Angeles’ most celebrated live music rooms. With a capacity of 500, it has hosted early performances by artists including Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, The Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, Nina Simone, and Elton John.

LaValley succeeds Jordan Anderson, who joined the Troubadour in 2021 and booked more than 300 shows at the club in 2024 alone, bringing in acts such as Chappell Roan, Medium Build, and Reneé Rapp.

Jordan Anderson has now been appointed Senior Talent Buyer for The Bellwether, the 1,500-capacity club in downtown Los Angeles.

Opened in July 2023, The Bellwether occupies a 45,000-square-foot building that also includes the Virginian restaurant and Camille’s, a 600-capacity room. The venue, owned in partnership by Another Planet Entertainment and Teragram Presents, has already hosted performances by Wilco, Haim, Mumford & Sons, and Santigold, establishing itself as one of L.A.’s most prominent new live music destinations.
