Since September 1, 2025, Drift Booking Agency has been operating from Berlin, founded by Robert Glanz, Tonio Amin Zaoui, and Pauline Lungerich.

Glanz and Zaoui, both previously with dq agency, serve as booking agents and managing directors, while Lungerich takes on the role of Head of Production. The team draws on backgrounds at companies including Landstreicher Booking and ct creative talent, bringing what they describe as years of experience, a broad professional network, and a strong passion for music.

Drift positions itself as a curated, cross-genre agency, representing artists across post-punk, hip-hop, and beyond. Its first roster includes Luvre47, International Music, 24/7 Diva Heaven, Dream Wife, Clipping, Voodoo Jürgens, and Die Sterne.

In their launch statement, the founders emphasized an artist-centered approach, describing Drift as a platform that adapts to the needs and directions of each act rather than following fixed industry paths. “Careers and music spin, pulsate, take detours, and grow wherever they go. We shape our work around the artists, not the other way around—always with trust, always in motion,” the agency said.

Looking ahead, the founders view Drift as a fresh opportunity to build on past collaborations. Glanz commented: “We’ve learned a lot together over the past few years and will now incorporate this into our new structure. There’s a lot to do, and we have a lot planned.”
