Day After Day Promotes Jordan Dempsey to Head of Touring

U.S.-based Day After Day Productions has promoted Director of Touring Jordan Dempsey to the role of Head of Touring.
The company said the move reflects both Dempsey’s rapid progression within the agency and its focus on developing talent from within.
In his new position, Dempsey will oversee the booking department, which includes eight agents and two coordinators.
Founder and CEO Seth Shomes described the promotion as recognition of Dempsey’s contributions to the agency and the industry.
Dempsey has been involved in signing new acts and supporting established artists including 98 Degrees, The Commodores, Billy Ocean, The Spinners, Patrice Rushen, and A Charlie Brown Christmas – Live.
Among Dempsey’s recent achievements are a 64% year-over-year increase in bookings in 2025, as well as co-managing the An Evening of Icons Live Nation tour in 2024, which brought together The Commodores, The Pointer Sisters, The Spinners, and El DeBarge. He also played a role in developing a partnership with the M.O.B. Agency to expand collaboration opportunities.
Dempsey began his career in 2016 at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), working in the mailroom before becoming an agent. He joined Day After Day in 2022 as a coordinator, rising to agent in 2023 and Director of Touring in 2024.
