Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) has unveiled a major new wave of 110 emerging artists for its 2026 edition, marking the festival’s 40th anniversary.

The showcase event will take place from 14–17 January in Groningen, the Netherlands.

With this announcement, a total of 218 acts from 36 countries are now confirmed to perform across Eurosonic and Noorderslag, representing a wide range of genres — from experimental to mainstream. More names are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Under its new theme “Europe Calling,” ESNS 2026 moves beyond its traditional country-focus approach to highlight Europe’s shared cultural identity and creative diversity. 

The line-up showcases artists from across the continent — from the Arctic North to the Mediterranean and from Central to Eastern Europe — reflecting the depth of today’s European music scene.
