CTS Eventim delivered further profitable growth in the third quarter of 2025, with both revenue and adjusted EBITDA increasing year on year despite challenging economic conditions in Germany and strong non-recurring effects in the prior-year period.

The Munich-based ticketing and live entertainment group reported consolidated Q3 revenue of €854.2 million, up 3.5% compared with the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA rose 13.8% to €137.3 million, lifting the Group’s margin to 16.1% (Q3 2024: 14.6%).

CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg said "Our performance in the third quarter illustrates once again that we are not only growing but also creating long-term value. In doing so, we are benefitting from continually modernising our technological infrastructure, significantly optimising our processes and making progress with the integration of our acquisitions.”

Ticketing Continues to Deliver Margin Growth

The Ticketing segment maintained its upward trajectory, even against tough comparables from last year’s Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Q3 ticketing revenue rose 2.1% to €211.0 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 8.1% to €91.0 million. The segment’s adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 43.1% (Q3 2024: 40.7%).

For the first nine months of the year, ticketing revenue reached €626.8 million (+11%) and adjusted EBITDA €257.8 million (+7.1%), with a margin of 41.1%.

Live Entertainment Rebounds Strongly

The Live Entertainment division delivered a significant profitability improvement in the quarter. Revenue grew 5.5% to €663.0 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased 27% to €46.3 million, lifting the margin to 7.0% (Q3 2024: 5.8%).

The strong Q3 performance largely offset the weaker first half. For January to September, live entertainment revenue rose 4.2% to €1.557 billion, while adjusted EBITDA totalled €80.0 million, only slightly below last year.

Full-Year Outlook Confirmed

Following the solid results in both segments, the Executive Board reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance published in the company’s Annual Report.
