For its 38th edition, ILMC expands its intelligence offering with the launch of Asia Live, a new strand featuring three sessions dedicated to the region’s fast-evolving live music markets.

The Middle East Live programme also returns, supported by Theory Eleven Entertainment, Blu Blood Middle East, and PRG, with panels examining venue investment, audience growth, and new touring opportunities.

Beyond regional outlooks, this year’s agenda places stronger emphasis on industry infrastructure and market innovation. Sessions will explore ticketing models, genre-specific trends, mid-size and large-venue strategies, globalisation dynamics, the artist journey, and the increasing role of data in fan engagement. Workshops will also address practical issues such as visas and workplace inclusivity.

CAA’s Rob Light will participate in the flagship Hot Seat Interview for the first time, offering a senior agency perspective on an industry navigating rapid transformation.

Running in parallel to the main programme, Touring Entertainment LIVE (25 February) will spotlight branded live entertainment and family touring shows, while the Greener Events & Innovations (GEI) Conference (24 February) will convene sustainability experts from across the sector.

The event concludes with Futures Forum on 27 February, bringing emerging professionals into the conversation with sessions on skills development, production pathways, and new career trajectories.

ILMC head Greg Parmley says this year’s programme reflects extensive consultation with global industry leaders. “The breadth of topics is a direct response to where the business is heading,” he notes, highlighting the strategic importance of Asia and the Middle East in 2026.

Around 3,000 delegates are expected to attend ILMC 38, which once again includes The Arthur Awards and the Soho Calling showcase.
