Over the course of her career, Martin has been widely recognised for her role in talent discovery and artist development, including identifying and signing Imagine Dragons

Her client roster has included artists such as Janet Jackson, Deftones, Sublime, Avenged Sevenfold, Benson Boone, Papa Roach, Incubus, Rise Against, Yellowcard, The Breeders, Jawbreaker and The Warning.

Martin began her career at The Tahoe Agency, where she was involved in the early careers of acts including blink-182, Sublime and Goldfinger. She later founded Fierce Talent, a boutique agency that was subsequently acquired by The Agency Group. In 2005, she joined APA, before moving to Paradigm in 2013, where she became part of the agency’s executive music leadership.

She later played a key role in Wasserman’s acquisition of Paradigm’s music division in 2021, helping to integrate the business into Wasserman Music’s global operations.

“I feel incredibly grateful for the many amazing artists I’ve had the privilege to be involved with throughout my career,” Martin said. “I’ve also been fortunate to work alongside some of the most talented behind the scenes people as well. I consider mentoring future leaders one of my greatest career achievements and I am extremely proud of the team we have built at Wasserman Music.”

Wasserman Music President Lee Anderson paid tribute to Martin’s impact, describing her influence on the company as significant and noting her long-term commitment to artists and the agency’s culture.
