Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has appointed Beth Morton as an agent in its global touring department, following her departure from United Talent Agency (UTA).
Morton leaves UTA, where she was a music agent and played a key role in building the agency’s international country business. During her time there, she worked with artists including Dylan Gossett, Drew Baldridge, Willow Avalon, Stephen Wilson Jr and Megan Moroney, alongside a wider, multi-genre roster.
She joins CAA’s London office, where she will focus on representing artists across the agency’s international country and Americana rosters, as well as signing new acts.
Commenting on the move, Emma Banks, co-head of global touring and co-head of CAA’s London office, said the appointment reflects the continued growth of country and Americana in the UK and CAA’s long-term commitment to the genre.
Prior to UTA, Morton was an agent at London-based Neil O’Brien Entertainment and worked on the programming team for the Kew The Music and Greenwich concert series.
