Connecting the live music industry
The Düsseldorf-based live entertainment company has announced a restructuring of its management organisation, introducing a new C-level executive team alongside its managing directors.
The move follows continued portfolio expansion and growth in venues, events and staff.
The new structure is intended to strengthen strategic decision-making, leadership, corporate culture and long-term development. The C-level executive team is made up exclusively of existing members of D.Live’s management.
CEO Michael Brill said the change reflects the company’s ongoing evolution since its founding in 2018, noting that increased scale and complexity require a more holistic leadership approach as the business continues to grow.
Kim Lachmann, who joined the management board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October, is responsible for finance and sports. He is joined on the C-level committee by seven executives representing key business areas:
Martin Ammermann, COO – Sports, overseeing the acquisition, planning and delivery of major sporting events
Nils Böringschulte, COO – Brand Partnership & Hospitality, responsible for sponsorships, brand partnerships and VIP guest experiences
Hendrik Hußmann, COO – Venues, leading venue operations and strategic development
Fabian Müller, COO – Production, overseeing technical and organisational production as well as mobile infrastructure
Christian Pasch, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), responsible for operations including facility management, IT, project management and venue modernisation
Daniela Stork, COO – Booking, Ticketing and Special Events, responsible for event acquisition, ticketing and city-wide special events
Stephan Wien, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), heading Corporate Services
According to the company, the restructuring follows a strong year of business performance in 2025, during which D.Live hosted more than 500 events and welcomed over nine million visitors.
Recent milestones include the addition of two new venues, Rheinterrasse and Open Air Park Düsseldorf, the latter set to open in 2026 with a sold-out concert by System Of A Down.
The company has also launched D.College, a Bachelor’s programme in Live Entertainment & Event Management, premiered the Uniper Düsseldorf Marathon, introduced the Event Mobility platform, and installed a large-scale photovoltaic system on the roof of the Merkur Spiel-Arena.
