UK-headquartered talent agency Various Artists Management (VAM) has announced a series of senior appointments at its London headquarters as part of a broader global expansion strategy.
The company, which operates across the UK, US and Australia, said the changes are designed to support long-term strategic development and reinforce infrastructure for its international roster.
Rebecca Dixon has been appointed to the newly defined role of Global Head of Marketing & Strategy. In the position, Dixon will focus on shaping the agency’s global direction and overseeing high-level strategic planning for clients across territories.
Dixon said the role reflects the company’s continued international growth and will focus on aligning culture and strategy across markets including the UK, US, Australia and a planned Middle East expansion.
VAM’s roster includes artists such as Melanie C, Ashnikko, Tom Grennan, Rose Gray and Good Neighbours, reflecting a mix of established and developing international acts.
George Shepherd has been promoted to Associate Director. In his expanded role, he will oversee creative development and strategic direction across the wider roster, while continuing to represent his existing artist and writer-producer clients.
Shepherd has worked with acts including Ashnikko and Rose Gray, as well as Sad Night Dynamite, Glen Roberts and Joe Rubel.
Kayleigh Ramchand-Bentley has been named General Manager UK. She will lead the UK office, with responsibility for operational management, execution and team oversight.
The company has also appointed Kelley Fox as Senior International A&R, working across both Various Artists Management and its publishing division, Alternative Songs. Based in the UK, Fox will focus on talent discovery and development as part of efforts to strengthen the group’s international pipeline.
David Bianchi, CEO at VAM and Alternative Songs, says: “With New York recently added to our offices in London, Los Angeles, and Sydney — and Middle East expansion in progress — implementing a formal global structure is essential for our next phase of growth. These appointments reflect the incredible internal talent we’ve nurtured over the years and our commitment to bringing in fresh expertise. This new leadership team ensures that as we scale, we continue to provide the infrastructure necessary to support our artists` global ambitions. I am incredibly proud to see our team evolve into these global roles; their collective vision and operational excellence are what will drive our success as we move into 2026 and beyond.”
