Dickins’ departure was confirmed in an internal memo from WME Group co-chair Christian Muirhead. According to the memo, senior agent Kirk Sommer will continue to lead WME’s contemporary music division moving forward.

Dickins joined WME in 2019 and was promoted to co-head of music in 2020 during the pandemic. Originally based in the UK, she previously led WME’s London office before relocating to Los Angeles as part of her expanded leadership role.

During her tenure, Dickins helped oversee the agency’s contemporary music business through the pandemic and the subsequent recovery of the live sector, while also leading several high-profile signings and tour strategies. She is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most prominent music agents and has long represented global superstar Adele.

Sources familiar with the situation indicate Dickins is currently negotiating a move to fellow US agency CAA, although no official announcement has been made.

The potential move would come amid ongoing shifts within the global music agency landscape, with CAA having restructured its touring leadership in 2024, appointing Emma Banks, Darryl Eaton and Rick Roskin as co-heads of global touring while longtime music executive Rob Light was elevated to managing director.

In his memo to staff, Muirhead thanked Dickins for her contribution to the company over the past seven years and wished her well in her next chapter.
