US-based management company TMWRK has promoted partner and executive vice president Renee Brodeur to the role of general manager, effective immediately.
Brodeur has been with the company for more than a decade and currently co-manages artists including Diplo, Major Lazer and A-Trak alongside founder and CEO Andrew McInnes. She also manages DRAMA and Kito.
Founded in 2011 by Andrew McInnes, TMWRK is a Los Angeles-headquartered artist management company working across electronic, hip-hop and alternative music. The company has built an international roster and operates across key markets including New York, Los Angeles and London, with activities spanning artist management, brand partnerships and creative ventures.
In a statement, Brodeur said she looks forward to continuing the company’s growth and contributing to its next phase of development. “My 14 years with the company have been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful every day to work with amazing artists and be surrounded by such immensely talented peers,” she said.
McInnes highlighted Brodeur’s long-standing contribution to the business, stating: “Renee has been an essential member of TMWRK for more than 14 years. I’m excited to have her step into the role of GM and continue to grow the business together across all aspects of the entertainment business.”
Brodeur began her career at Epic Records, where she worked in artist development before joining TMWRK in 2012, shortly after the company was founded. She initially served as a day-to-day manager.
In her new role, Brodeur will focus on strategic planning and partnerships while continuing to oversee her artist roster. Recent projects include the expansion of Diplo’s Run Club, which completed its second season with approximately 100,000 attendees across eight U.S. cities.
