THE·TEAM Promotes Kevin Shivers to Co-President of Music

Global talent agency THE·TEAM has announced the promotion of Kevin Shivers to co-president of its music division.
He will work alongside Lee Anderson, who previously served as president and now shares the co-president role, overseeing the company’s global strategy and operations across live music activities.
The appointment comes approximately 15 months after Shivers joined THE·TEAM from WME. Since joining, he has contributed to the agency’s international growth and internal development across booking, brand partnerships, tour marketing and artist services.
Shivers represents a roster of artists including Tyler, The Creator, Kid Cudi, Kali Uchis, Vince Staples and Jazmine Sullivan, among others. Within his new role, he will continue to work with agents and leadership teams globally, with a focus on further integration of the company’s service areas and mentoring emerging executives.
According to Anderson, Shivers has played a key role in shaping the agency’s direction since his arrival, contributing across strategic planning and team development.
