Positioned as an intimate, mid-size venue, the site is intended to address a gap in Tampa’s live music infrastructure by accommodating a wide range of touring artists and events. The location places it within close proximity to existing nightlife, transport links, and planned infrastructure, including a future streetcar stop.

According to the developers, the project is expected to generate approximately $80 million in economic impact and support more than 400 jobs, while contributing to increased tourism and local business activity in the wider Tampa Bay region.

The venue design is being developed in collaboration with Live Nation’s in-house Blueprint Studio and TVS Architecture and Interior Design. Plans combine modern production capabilities with architectural elements inspired by Ybor City’s historic character, including a brick façade, marquee lighting, and a balcony structure.
