International Festival Forum (IFF), a global event for festival booking professionals, has announced details of its 2026 editions, including a new London venue and the launch of its first international event in Los Angeles.
IFF London will take place from 7–9 September 2026 at Outernet London, with up to 1,000 delegates expected to attend.
Presented in association with OFFLIMITS Festival, the event brings together festival bookers, agents, and promoters for meetings, showcases, networking, and conference sessions.
For the first time, IFF will also expand internationally with IFF LA, scheduled for 14–16 September 2026, focusing on the North American market and aiming to attract a comparable group of industry professionals.
The London event moves to Outernet, an immersive entertainment district in Soho, which includes venues such as HERE at Outernet and the Now Building. Organisers state that the 2026 edition will feature an expanded programme and revised format, with activities also extending into venues across Denmark Street and Soho.
IFF Managing Director Greg Parmley said: “Since its launch in 2015, IFF London has become an important set-piece in the year for some of the world’s top agents and festivals. In 2026 we are taking the event to a different level, with a move to an inspirational new home in London and our first international edition in LA.”
Philip O’Ferrall, CEO of Outernet London, said: “Music has always been a major part of what we do at Outernet and we are very pleased, therefore, to become the host venue for IFF. Festivals are an important and unique part of the live music industry and a place where many fans have their formative musical experiences. There will be much to discuss and debate and we look forward to welcoming delegates to Outernet this year."
As part of the 2026 format changes, IFF London’s agency showcases will move to an evening programme hosted across grassroots venues in Soho.
IFF will also continue its seminar programme at both events, with organisers inviting industry input on topics ahead of the conferences.
