German concert promoter Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion has strengthened its artist roster and strategic focus on family entertainment with the addition of Sebastian Tim and Marie Augustin from Koralle Blau.
As of April 1, 2026, the move sees the full Koralle Blau roster and project portfolio integrated into Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion.
The transition brings a range of artists and concepts into the company’s operations, including Charlotte Brandi, Niels Frevert, Crucchi Gang and the Hanse Song Festival, further consolidating the promoter’s position in the German live market.
Alongside the roster expansion, the company is placing increased emphasis on the family and children’s entertainment segment through the launch of the KJ Family brand. The initiative builds on existing formats such as “Under My Bed”, “Owl Finds the Beat” and the Hamburg-based “Lütt Im Park”, while also opening the door for new productions targeting younger audiences and family markets.
The integration reflects a broader trend across the live sector, where promoters are diversifying programming to include family-oriented formats alongside traditional touring and festival activity, aiming to expand audiences and create additional revenue streams.
“After ten wonderful and eventful years with Koralle Blau, it`s time for something new,” said Sebastian Tim. “We`ve had a partnership with Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion for many years, so it made sense to consider a possible joint venture. The fact that Marie and I are now embarking on this journey as a team, taking all our acts and projects with us, is a fantastic development.
