Mench-Thurlow joins Paladin from Reliant Talent Agency and brings a roster focused largely on alternative rock, punk and post-hardcore artists and events.

His clients include Acceptance, Anberlin, The Bronx, Emery, Emo Orchestra, The Early November, FLAKE, Good Terms, Hawthorne Heights, Hellogoodbye, Horse the Band, IS FOR LOVERS Festivals, letlive., Mariachi El Bronx, Norma Jean, Punk Rock Factory and Sludge Mother.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Mench-Thurlow began his agency career at APA/IAG. He previously worked with several of Paladin’s senior agents, including company co-founders Steve Martin, Bruce Solar and Andy Somers.

Mench-Thurlow said his previous relationship with the Paladin team was an important factor in the move, adding that he believed the independent agency would provide a strong platform for his clients.

Paladin Artists was founded by veteran agents Martin, Solar and Somers. The agency said Mench-Thurlow’s experience in alternative rock, punk and post-hardcore complements its existing roster.

“Agents like Ben are a rare find,” Martin, Somers and Solar said in a joint statement, highlighting his focus on artist representation and client development.
