The german pop group which consists of Volkan Baydar (vocals) and Vince Bahrdt (piano, drums) first met in 1992. But it was not before 2000 until they had their own first big hit with "She's Got That Light".

It was a big success in Europe and they even got more fame when they contributed songs for two big hollywood productions ("Can Somebody Tell Me Who I Am" for Disney's movie "Dinosaurs" and "The Sun On Your Face" for "America's Sweethearts").

There are 4 albums. The first two are proffesional recorded albums. The 3rd one is a "Best of" of their songs. The release of a "best of" album after two records came really suprising until the public got to know that they had some trouble with their record company and they released a "best of" without the agreement of the band.

Nevertheless "Orange Blue" released their last album called "Panta Rhei" in 2004 with their new record company. Which was not as successfull as their first records, even though the critics claimed it to be their best record.
