Britta Phillips originally was a member of Belltower which released an album & several EPs before signing with Atlantic records and promptly disbanding.
Britta Phillips met Dean Wareham in 2000 when she auditioned for his band, Luna. They released their debut album, L'Avventura, as a duo in 2003.
Luna finished their farewell tour in February, 2005, and Dean and Britta are now working full-time as a duo.
