Rat Cats is a Finnish rockabilly / rock'n'roll band formed 1995 in Joensuu, Finland. The line-up consists of Klaus Kuhlmann (gtr, voc), Jari Turunen (slap bass), Mikko Kiiski (drs), Tuomo Hokka (keys) and Teija Kontio (voc). So far they have published 6 albums: Rat Cats (1997), Rebel (1998), Go! (1999), Christmas (1999), Ten Years Later (2007) Paralyzed! (2009) and a cd-single Drivin´Around (2005). Their newest record Estaasissa is set to be released 31.03.2010, including 14 Finnish pop songs, rearranged with a rockabilly touch.
