The story of 15 Minutes Before The Dive started in late 2007. First there were just a couple of guys who wanted to explore the "pop-side" of their musical ambitions. A little later, with some serious magic, there were five newfound best friends, making the music they'd always wanted to make and having a blast in the process!

After recording a couple of rough demos on the eve of christmas 2007, and seeing the positive vibes their music and gigs created, they decided that they wanted to capture something more focused and representative. With the aid of producer Mikko "Junior" Pietinen and mix-master extraordinaré Kari "John St. Anger" Huikuri, they recorded a 3-song EP called "Fleece Is The New Black" at Scandal Recording studios in June 2008.

This EP is a true representation of what 15MBTD is all about; playing music with people that you love, thus making songs that you love and not taking everything so darn seriously.
