Formed in November 2008, Western Sand are a 4-piece hard/classic rock band from the Hampshire/Dorset area, playing prodominantly original material with a few covers thrown in for good measure. Their influences range from Pink Floyd and The Doors to Black Stone Cherry and Black Label Society, so there is something that hopefully everyone can relate to and will enjoy.
With a growing collection of gigs under their belts, ranging from the local area to Reading and London, and soon Europe, the band have received all positive feedback from audiences. Also with the production of their new album, 'Truckload Of Trouble' nearing completion, this should fail to disappoint any fans.
