The Shantics are a young, dynamic 4 piece from South West London. Fronted by two brothers Jimmy Morris (Vocals/Guitar) and Harry Morris (Guitar) with Rob Wheeler (Drums) Jacob Nation (Bass). Taking influences from Lou Reed, The Cure, The Police, Talking Heads their songs are self-produced, energetic, fidgety and raw. Having done several live recordings they have ensured 'there is no disconnect between their live sound and how they sound on record.' With fans such as Paul Wickens (Paul McCartneys MD and keyboardist), Charles Reeves (OMD, Grace Jones, Prince, Ray Charles) and Paul Tipler (Elastica, Idlewild, Placebo). The Shantics are the band to watch out for in 2017.
