In brief, I worked out what 'hippie' meant sometime in my early teens and never looked back. Now I know what 'old hippie' means and I'm just about getting used to it. ...Went to the Stonehenge free festival at an impressionable age, kept going back, helped set up Club Dog, went to loads more free festivals back when they were still 'free' then co-ran Megadog (www.megadog.co.uk) for more years than I can remember and finally set up Planet Dog Records (www.planetdogrecords.com). DJ'd for more years than I can remember, playing everything from bangin' hard trance to house, drum n' bass and all manner of chillout tunes (not in the same set though!). Still dabble. The full story will come as soon as I can edit it down from 1000005 words!
In the meantime, talking of writing, I've co-written an album with my old mate Steve Rowlands from Full Moon Scientist, the first recording project I've been involved in for a little while.
