Cleveland is set to blaze a trail with the release of his first solo album for ten years
'Victory's Happy Songbook' on his own label ‘Touchdown Soundz’. It features his band 'Source' who are: Tom Skinner; drums / Larry Bartley; bass / Ciyo Brown; guitars/ Derek Richards; percussion / Byron Wallen; trumpet / Trevor Watkis: keyboards/Cleveland Watkiss; vocals.

Cleveland's new album represents his most important work to date as a songwriter and producer and has already been described as "Inner Visions for the Y2k"
