The annual awards, organised by Clubkombinat Hamburg, recognise outstanding achievements across Hamburg’s club and live music sector.

In addition to receiving the top club honour, Hafenklang was also awarded Best Young Talent Development 2025, highlighting the venue’s continued role in supporting emerging artists alongside its established live programme.

The winners were selected by a jury of around 100 members. Seven categories were decided by the main jury, while additional awards were presented by a sustainability-focused expert jury, the boards of Clubkombinat Hamburg and the Hamburg Club Foundation, and the public, which voted in the “Favorite Club” category.

Hamburg’s Senator for Culture and Media, Carsten Brosda, whose department endowed the seven jury prizes with €1,000 each, highlighted the importance of clubs to Hamburg’s cultural identity and social cohesion, particularly during economically challenging times for the sector.
