UK band Editors have announced a run of European headline dates for early 2027, alongside the release of their new single Call It In, marking their first new music since the 2022 album EBM.

The tour will see the band perform across multiple key European markets, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Denmark and Austria, following a series of festival appearances scheduled for summer 2026.

The new track, released via Play It Again Sam, was developed during studio sessions between ongoing live activity and frontman Tom Smith’s solo work.

The 2027 European leg begins in late January in France and continues through Southern, Central and Northern Europe, before concluding in Germany in February. The routing reflects a broad pan-European venue strategy, combining established club venues and mid-sized halls.

The announcement follows confirmation of multiple European festival appearances in summer 2026, including events in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Poland.

For promoters and venues, the tour underlines continued demand for established alternative rock acts across Europe, with routing covering both Western and Central/Eastern markets. The mix of festival slots and headline shows reflects a dual strategy often used to maintain visibility while maximising ticketed performances across key territories.

Editors have maintained a consistent touring presence across Europe throughout their career, with the upcoming run expected to support further new material following Call It In.

Editors are represented by Steve Zapp at ITB (worldwide) and Kirk Sommer at WME (North America).
