GLP Expands International Reach with New Hires

Austria-based booking agency GLP Georg Leitner Productions has expanded its team with the appointments of Anya Filz and Nicolas Meyer, both of whom have recently relocated to Vienna.
Filz joins the company as Junior Booking Agent and will work across genres including hip-hop, neo-soul and house music. Raised in Los Angeles and holding both Austrian and American backgrounds, she previously gained experience through artist services and studio-related work before pursuing studies in International Business in Europe.
At GLP, Filz will focus on talent scouting and international market development, including opportunities for North American artists in Europe and other territories. She will also support the agency`s existing roster by developing relationships with promoters and programmers across emerging markets.
Meyer has joined the company as Head of Classics & Crossover. Born in Paris and educated in cultural and performing arts management, Meyer has previously worked with several European classical music institutions and artist management organisations, including roles in Italy`s opera and performing arts sector.
Based in Vienna, Meyer will oversee GLP`s activities in the classical and crossover markets, working with established classical artists and crossover productions. He will also explore opportunities for symphonic collaborations and crossover projects involving artists from the agency`s wider roster.
Founded by Georg Leitner, GLP is a boutique booking agency representing a roster that includes Kool & the Gang, Foreigner, Dire Straits Legacy and Gipsy Kings, among others.
The company said the additions are intended to strengthen its international reach and support further growth across both contemporary and classical music markets.
