Connecting the live music industry
The International Festival Forum (IFF) has completed the agenda for its 2026 edition, which is expected to bring together around 1,000 agents and festival bookers in London from 7-9 September.
The event, held in association with Offlimits Festival, moves to a new home at Outernet in London’s West End this year. The location, close to Denmark Street, will allow IFF to expand both its conference and showcase programmes.
More than 20 emerging artists will perform across nearby venues on 8 and 9 September, presented in partnership with IFF’s booking agency partners. The showcase programme will follow the opening-night Everywhere at Once event, organised in conjunction with Music Venue Trust and the National Lottery.
The conference programme will include interviews, panel discussions and workshops covering the international festival and touring business. Among the highlights is a keynote interview with The Team’s Tom Schroeder, while representatives from Montreux Jazz Festival and Paleo Festival Nyon will discuss the development and success of the two Swiss festivals.
An opening session reviewing the 2026 festival season will feature Emma Banks of CAA, Stephan Thanscheidt of FKP Scorpio, Pavla Slivova of Colours of Ostrava and YOUROPE, and James Wright of UTA.
Focus on Asian festival markets
A new addition for 2026 is the Asia Live strand, supported by Arts Council England. The programme will bring a group of Asian festival executives to IFF, with the aim of creating further opportunities for international artists in Asian markets and giving European industry professionals greater insight into the region’s live music sector.
“Relocating IFF to the birthplace of modern music in London while hosting over 700 of the world’s top festivals as they build their line ups for next year and beyond feels like a killer combination,” said IFF head and ILMC managing director Greg Parmley.
“IFF has always been one of the most energising gatherings of music industry professionals on the planet, but this year really moves up a gear.”
Agencies return to Outernet
Booking and networking remain the main focus of IFF, with agency partners operating from the Outernet campus throughout the event.
The 2026 agency partners are CAA, ITB, Motion Talent, One Fiinix Live, Primary, Pure, ROAM, Solo, The Team, UTA and WME.
Alongside pre-arranged meetings, the programme includes networking mixers, speed meetings and informal sessions designed to connect agents and festival representatives.
Key event partners include Offlimits Festival, AXS, AEG Presents, Outernet London, Fever, Tysers Live and OEG.
IFF was launched in London in 2015 as a dedicated meeting place for booking agents and festival professionals. Attendance is capped at 1,000 delegates and is restricted to agents and festival bookers.
Registration remains open at iff.rocks for the final available places for the 2026 event.
