British singer-songwriter Tom Odell has revealed dates for an expansive European arena tour, set to kick off October 21 at Cardiff`s Utilita Arena. The tour will include performances at major venues such as Dublin`s 3Arena, Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, Manchester’s Co-op Live, Paris’ Accor Arena, and Madrid’s Movistar Arena, before concluding at Sportpaleis in Antwerp on December 4. Before heading to Europe, Odell will launch the North American leg of his global tour on September 18 at Chicago’s Vic Theatre, with stops in New York (Webster Hall), Boston (Paradise Rock Club), and Toronto (Massey Hall). In addition to his own headlining dates, Odell will also support Billie Eilish’s European shows and select dates on The Lumineers’ arena tour this summer. Odell’s upcoming album, shaped during nine months of writing on the road, was inspired by global events and a sense of impending crisis. “I labored over every line,” he said in a statement, describing the songwriting process as deeply obsessive but creatively vital. Odell is booked globally by Wasserman Music and managed by Sam Eldridge of UROK Management.
