Agent Myles Schalet departs WME to join Wasserman Music

Wasserman Music has announced the appointment of Myles Schalet as Senior Vice President and Agent, based in New York, strengthening its artist representation team.

In his new role, Schalet will focus on signing new talent, expanding commercial endorsement portfolios, and developing media-focused businesses for the agency’s clients.

Schalet joins Wasserman Music from WME, where he built a bespoke business representing multi-hyphenate talent across music and sports.

His roster included artists such as Meek Mill, Madison Beer and Snoop Dogg, as well as athletes including tennis player Frances Tiafoe, Olympic skateboarder Nyjah Huston and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.

“Myles has a great instinct for identifying and nurturing talent,” said Kevin Shivers, EVP and Managing Executive at Wasserman Music. “We’re excited to have him join the team and help us keep growing in new, creative ways.”

Schalet added: “Wasserman has positioned themselves as the now and the future of entertainment. I’m excited to represent and build the next generation of talent.”
